For architectural business owners, with plans that often get thwarted or delayed due to architectural work pulling their strings!

We juggle so many things just under the umbrella of ‘design’, it’s no wonder our business hats get squashed.

Revitalise

In a small group of 6, you will work with your peers to revitalise yourself and your business on a monthly basis.

I will be a mentor/facilitator, ensuring each person has space to share and advise.

Your own board

Every member has their own ‘board’ offering advice and support, combined with good questions that help you to get to the nub of the issue brought each month.

In January we will focus on intentions for the year and goal setting. We will hold each other accountable and ensure that this is the year that amazing things happen!

Having been in mastermind groups myself for 8 years, I know the power of a private group where we can share and grow together. I am a Mentor on the Oxford Brookes Help to Grow business course and will bring good questions to help us achieve great things!

About me

I own CNA, a business that started as just me 11 years ago and now employs nine people. Through successful niching, blogging and networking we attract our ideal clients with exciting projects, have a good work/life balance (no-one works unpaid overtime or long hours) and have a happy remote working team. But there have been plenty of bumps along that road, I’ve made many mistakes. Having a ‘board’ or mastermind group has pulled me through the tough times, while also celebrating the amazing times.

The details:

This is a private space to share issues and triumphs relating to running an architectural business.

It will hold you accountable to achieve your intentions.

Consistency brings great results!
